Managing Director
Dave has 15 years experience in sales and management of technology organisations.  He works with clients to ensure quality and satisfaction.

Principal Consultant
Francis is adjunct professor of Customer Relationship Management at one of Australa's leading business schools.  With 5 text books and over 200 published papers, he is an expert in the field of complaints processes, customer voice and improving business processes through listening to customers.

Leigh Thomas, M.App Sci
Product Specialist
Leigh is a Director and co-founder of the company.  He has many years experience in senior IT and business roles.  He has guided the design of most of the tools and intellectual property the company relies on.  Leigh's roles include planning and overseeing implementations for clients and assisting Francis in consulting work.

Andrew Jones, BE
Operations Director
Andrew has more than 20 years' experience in delivering software solutions to a diverse client base.  He specialises in database applications and architecture.  He provides leadership to our technical team and is a key participant in product design.
