Full-scale version

With nearly 200 questions, this version definitively analyses conformance to 10002. You will need a small team who understands your existing complaints processes to address the questionnaire. It will take them at least a half-day to complete. Fee: AUD$1,500

Medium-scale version

With only one-third the questions of the larger version, this version can be engaged by a well-informed manager working alone. Taking 1-2 hours, it gives an indication of conformance but is not definitive. Fee: AUD$750

Optional sections for COSTS and OUTCOMES

You can choose an "additional questions" option for either version. These go beyond basic conformance to investigate the costs and benefits of your present complaints processes.

Information you supply about complaint volumes, staff and other resources used in handling complaints enables an estimate of your cost-per-complaint. Your responses about outcomes achieved from your present approach to complaints-handling generates an outcomes index.

One AUD$200 fee covers both these additional sections. They are not available separately.
